Answers!

What do we do with the waste toner from my machine?
Remove old waste tank and seal opening with provided tape to avoid spillage. Dispose of old tank or return to One Stop Business Centers for proper disposal. Replacement waste toner tanks are available from our Supply Dept.

Where is the Image counter on my machine?
Due to the many different models we carry there is no generic answer to this question, please refer to your operations manual or feel free to contact our Technical Dept.

Why can't I plug other devices into the same outlet as my Copier or Fax machine?
Most modern Copiers and Fax machines will require at least a 15amp electrical circuit, If other high draw devices (ex. Shredders, postage machines, printers,) are plugged into the same receptacle you may exceed the rated electrical abilities of the circuit and risk damaging all connected devices along with possible electrical fires.

How do seasonal climactic changes affect the performance of my equipment ?
Changes in temperature and humidity will affect your paper supply the most, try to keep any open reams of paper in a plastic enclosure until needed.

Will the supplies from my last machine work in my new copier/fax?
More than likely NO but be sure to check first with our Supply dept.

My Fax machine appears to be working but I can't send or receive fax's?
Most common communication problems are due to an improper phone line connection or phone line failure. Ensure that the phone line is plugged properly into the wall and the fax port marked LINE. A simple way to test the line is to plug a standard phone into the analog wall jack and try to make a call while listening for any abnormal noises. If any unusual noises are present contact your phone service provider directly first.
